The Assessment
Before You Begin
A glimpse of your Magnolia wellness journey
The Magnolia Whole-Person Wellness Assessment is a 24-question reflective tool across six areas of wellness. It takes about 8–12 minutes.
This educational assessment provides general wellness and faith-based coaching information. It is not medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, couples therapy, pastoral diagnosis, or emergency support. Results are based on your self-reported responses and are intended to encourage reflection and personal growth.
If you are experiencing an emergency in the United States, contact 911. If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental-health crisis, call or text 988.
