Information We Collect

To create an account we collect your first name and email address. During onboarding you may optionally share your age range, gender, relationship status, life stage, primary goal, and program interest. During the assessment we collect your self-reported responses to wellness questions.

How We Use Information

• To calculate your wellness scores and personalized action plan.
• To improve examples, tone, and program recommendations.
• To understand aggregated audience needs (never to change your individual score).
• To send assessment-related and account communications.
• To send promotional emails only if you have given optional marketing consent.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect medical records, medication lists, Social Security numbers, insurance information, detailed clinical histories, trauma narratives, or any information unnecessary to provide the educational assessment.

Data Access and Security

Each user can access only their own profile, responses, results, action plans, check-ins, and preferences. Administrators manage global content but do not view private individual responses on the main analytics dashboard. We apply row-level access controls and input validation.

Consent and Communication Preferences

Required consents (Privacy Policy, Terms, assessment communications, age confirmation) are necessary to register. Promotional email is optional, unchecked by default, and records the date and time of consent. You may withdraw marketing consent anytime from your account settings.

No HIPAA or Regulated Certification Claim

We do not claim HIPAA compliance or any other regulated certification unless independently verified and contractually supported. This application provides educational wellness information, not covered medical care.
