Subscription and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your Magnolia membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to member resources until the end of the paid period.
Founding Member Rate
Founding members retain the $19 monthly rate while their subscription remains continuously active. If a founding membership is canceled, the founding rate may no longer be available if you rejoin later.
Access After Cancellation
After cancellation, you will retain a free Magnolia account. You will continue to have access to the free wellness assessment, your assessment history, and basic features. Premium member resources will no longer be accessible.
Subscription Pauses
We do not currently offer subscription pauses. You may cancel and rejoin at any time, subject to current pricing and availability.
