Monthly Subscriptions
The Magnolia Essential Founding Membership is a monthly subscription. You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed more than one assessment and have not accessed premium member resources. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us through magnoliahealthandwellnessministries.com with your account email and reason for the request. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
Future Pathways and Courses
Future Magnolia pathways are not yet available for purchase. When enrollment opens, refund terms for each pathway will be published on its detail page before purchase.
