By creating an account and using the Magnolia Whole-Person Wellness Assessment, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use this application.
Educational Purpose
This application provides general wellness and faith-based coaching information. It is not medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, couples therapy, pastoral diagnosis, or emergency support. It does not diagnose any medical or mental-health condition, and it does not tell anyone to stop medication or replace professional healthcare or licensed counseling.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity in your account. Each user may access only their own records.
Membership and Billing
The Magnolia Whole-Person Wellness Membership is $19 per month. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. You can view your subscription, update payment details, and cancel future renewal at any time. Cancellation is never made intentionally difficult. Live charges are activated only after testing and business-owner approval.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the application, attempt to access other users' data, or publish sensitive assessment results publicly from the application.
Limitation of Liability
The application is provided "as is" for educational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magnolia is not liable for decisions made based on assessment results, which are reflective and not clinical.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
